This is the ultimate evolution of "hot honey." We’ve taken raw, pure honey and infused it with local St. Augustine Distillery Bourbon and dried Datil peppers. Comparable to a habanero in spice but boasting a uniquely fruity, tangy signature, the Datil pepper slices through the rich sweetness of the honey, while the bourbon grounds it all with a smooth, velvety finish.

My honey crystallized — is it still good?
Yes! Crystallization is a natural sign of pure, raw honey. To return it to liquid, place the jar in warm (not boiling) water. Never microwave it — that destroys the enzymes that make raw honey special.
What does "never heat treated" actually mean?
Most commercial honey is pasteurized at high temperatures. We never heat our honey above hive temperature, so the pollen, propolis and natural enzymes stay intact — along with the flavor.
Is raw honey safe for everyone?
Raw honey is safe for adults and children over 12 months. Like all honey, it should never be given to infants under one year old.
Will it ship safely in the Florida heat?
Absolutely. Honey is shelf-stable and ships beautifully. Each jar is wrapped and packed in St. Augustine.
