Sweet Heat Gluten-Free Pepperoni Pizza

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 Store-Bought Gluten-Free Crust (We recommend a cauliflower or high-quality almond flour base for that perfect crunch)
  • Artisan Tomato Sauce 
  • Whole Milk Mozzarella or Cashew Cheese
  • Premium Nitrate-Free Pepperoni

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your specific gluten-free crust package. (Tip: Pre-baking the crust for 3-5 minutes before adding toppings often yields a crispier result!)
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of tomato sauce over the crust. Follow with a generous layer of cheese and your pepperoni.
  3. Place the pizza directly on the oven rack or a pizza stone. Bake until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the pepperoni are beginning to crisp.
