Lavender Honey Lemonade


  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup Honey Truck Lavender Infused Honey
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Lavender sprigs, for garnish (optional)
  • Ice


  1. Prepare the Honey Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the lavender-infused honey with 1/2 cup of water. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the honey is fully dissolved into the water. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix the Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the cooled lavender honey syrup, and the remaining 3 1/2 cups of cold water. Stir well to combine.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more water or more honey syrup if necessary, depending on your preference.
  4. Serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the lavender honey lemonade over the ice. Garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs if desired.
