Datil Pepper Honey Mustard & Peach Roasted Chicken Thighs

This Datil Pepper Honey Mustard is the perfect addition to any Father's Day meal. It adds the perfect mix of sweet and heat. Dad is sure to sing your praises for this honey mustard chicken. 
1/2 cup whole grain mustard
1/4 cup Datil Pepper honey
1 Tablespoon Trader Joes chili onion crunch or 1/2 tablespoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 peach, diced
4 chicken thighs

Mix everything except the chicken thighs together in a small bowl. Place chicken thighs skin side down in a shallow dish and pour half the marinade over the top. Let sit for at least an hour. Preheat oven to 375 and bake chicken for 25 minutes. Remove and flip the chicken skin-side up and top with remaining marinade. Bake 10 more minutes & then broil for 2 minutes. Enjoy with roasted veggies!
