This is a simple recipe for making charoset for Passover Seder.    Ingredients 3 apples 3/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 ½ T. Honey Truck honey 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 3-4 Tablespoons sweet Kosher red wine I used Manischewitz Blackberry wine Instructions Peel and core apples. Dice apples into tiny pieces.  Put diced apple in a large bowl and add other remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
